HOW TO DO DRY BRUSH?

- 1. Use a natural bristle brush with a long handle
- 2. Do not wet the skin
- 3. Move in long sweeping motion toward heart
- 4. Brush each area several times
- 5. After brushing bathe as normally
*Do not forget to clean the brush after use
